在留資格診断と同じ基準です。ふたつの内容が食い違うことはありません。

   資本金¥30,000,000以上（2025年10月以降の基準）

   自宅以外の事業所

3. 03

   日本人・永住者・配偶者等・定住者の常勤職員1名以上

4. 04

   申請者または常勤職員のJLPT N2相当以上の日本語能力

5. 05

   3年以上の経営・管理経験、または関連する修士・博士・専門職学位

6. 06

   事業計画書は中小企業診断士・公認会計士・税理士の確認も必要です。
