打工度假的连续第二年，需在第一年结束前向日本出入国在留管理局申请延期。仅限英国和加拿大国籍；其他可参加两次的国籍须回国后在使领馆重新申请。

- 3Residence Card — only required if already living in Japan在留カード
- 4Photo (4cm × 3cm, white background)
- 5Document Certifying the Designated Activity指定書Stapled in the passport on entry
- 6Statement of Activities to Date and Plans活動状況・活動予定説明書Since entry, and for the second year — the stay must remain primarily a holiday
- 7Proof of Funds預金残高証明書Enough to maintain the stay
- 8Resident Tax Certificates住民税の課税証明書・納税証明書For the first year, if employed
